The Wells Auxiliary has been in place since the nursing home's inception and has conducted numerous projects to enhance the quality of life for our residents. It is through the efforts of the Auxiliary that certain projects and improvements have been undertaken. One such outstanding project was the construction of a kitchen in the activity room for the enjoyment of the residents and for use in conjunction with occupational therapy.  Most recently the Auxiliary purchased rocking chairs for the front patio so our residents and their visitors may sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather.  Volunteers, groups and individuals provide the vital link between the Wells Nursing Home and the community. They share their time and talents to make life more worthwhile for our residents. If you, or someone you know, would be interested in assisting, visiting or sharing skills or hobbies, please contact the Activities Department.
